grilled lemon chicken with butter and mushrooms

A recipe for lemon chicken with butter and mushrooms.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup butter
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, about 1 lemon
1 teaspoon salt
1 large clove garlic
1/8 teaspoon pepper
thyme, basilic or rosemary
2 to 3 pounds chicken parts or split chicken breasts
PREPARATION:
Melt butter over medium low heat in a heavy skillet; sauté mushrooms until tender and golden brown. Add lemon juice, salt, garlic, and pepper; bring to a boil. Add chicken; bring to a boil again. Add thyme or rosemary to taste. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 30 to 40 minutes, turning frequently.

Lobster with Mango Salsa

Ingredients:
one Lobster
100g butter
one ripe but green lemon
coriander leaves
one onion
spring onions
olive oil
sunflower oil
one mango

here we go:
cut the lobster in half
grind the lemon skin on the butter, make sure u only grind the skin. add a spoonful of "sunflower" oil and some salt and pepper. mix the butter well and apply to the flesh of the lobster. and place the lobster on the grill.

finely dice the mango, and onion. chop the coriander and spring onions. mix the above four with olive oil and squeeze in a lemon ( obviously use the one u have grated ). make the mix a little consistent with the right amount of olive oil.

once the lobster is done, serve with mango salsa on it.
