grilled lemon chicken with butter and mushrooms

A recipe for lemon chicken with butter and mushrooms.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup butter
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, about 1 lemon
1 teaspoon salt
1 large clove garlic
1/8 teaspoon pepper
thyme, basilic or rosemary
2 to 3 pounds chicken parts or split chicken breasts
PREPARATION:
Melt butter over medium low heat in a heavy skillet; sauté mushrooms until tender and golden brown. Add lemon juice, salt, garlic, and pepper; bring to a boil. Add chicken; bring to a boil again. Add thyme or rosemary to taste. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 30 to 40 minutes, turning frequently.
